Wind energy, as an alternative to fossil fuels, is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation, and already represents about 2% of worldwide electricity usage. Wide-opening doors and an adjustable luggage compartment that can be adapted by pulling out a drawer at the back of the car characterize the guiding principle of this project. A response to the requirements of mobile lifestyles in the big cities of the future, the 3+1-seater with 3 doors features integrated fibre-optics that illuminates the interior and a glass roof, which is imprinted with the Union Jack. Ralph Lauren Sporting Watch

Also driven by the passion for 1920’s automobiles, the American style magnate, Ralph Lauren, searched for inspiration in his most prized vintage vehicle, the 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, to conceive his new Sporting Watch, which is named after him.

The new Ralph Lauren Sporting Watch is a stylish fusion of fashion and motorsport: the elm burr wood frame is the same fine veneer found in that beautiful Bugatti’s instrument panel. Maserati Shortcut 99 by Andrea Spaggiari

Thinking of a model for the next generations and planning to keep the values embodied in the spirit of Maserati, the Italian designer, Andrea Spaggiari, conceived the Shortcut 99, a conceptual car all dedicated to the tradition of the brand and its ongoing dream of remaining young forever.

The Shortcut 99 features a longitudinal front V8 engine which is quite enough to develop a moderate 450hp. Combining classic design with technology, this concept provides a futuristic vision of style. Distinctive elements, like the external polygonal shape as the front grille, the composition of the taillights, sharp peaks and the rear fenders make the car instantly recognizable. The idea to recreate a look almost of yacht is made possible by the use of glass for the passenger compartment that accommodates two comfortable seats. (mais…)

Maserati 250f photoshoot by Bernd Kammerer

The Maserati 250f was a racing car manufactured by the Italian, Maserati, which disputed  in Formula One racing between January 1954 and November 1960. In total, the 250f competed in 46 Formula One championship races, conquering eight Grand Prix wins.
